Flex is seeking a Product Owner to join our fully remote team building a finance super app for premium business owners. You will own key outcomes, drive the creation of financial products and experiences, and have a large, long-term impact on both our products and our culture.

What You'll Do

Develop and own Flex's 'Growth engine' across 'Infinite wedges,' owning growth end-to-end for the full multi-product experience.
Drive the enhancement of financial services and products, including mobile apps, online account management tools, and virtual payment solutions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities within operational processes and develop internal financial solutions.
Work closely with compliance and legal to ensure products adhere to financial regulations and industry standards.
Conduct user research and market analysis to understand customer preferences, pain points, and trends.
Partner with engineering throughout the development lifecycle, providing clear product requirements and prioritizing features.
Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to assess product performance and make data-driven decisions.
Work closely with customer support teams to address customer inquiries, feedback, and issues.
Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap and strategy aligned with company objectives.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role at a startup with a focus on financial products.
Excellent communication, translation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market insights to inform product decisions.
Proficiency in using product management tools and platforms to manage the product backlog and track progress.
Passion for innovation, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement in product development.
Ability to run sprints.
Extremely high trajectory and horsepower.
Willingness to become an expert in compliance standards, regulations, and security protocols.

Nice to Have

Solid knowledge of credit risk assessment, lending processes, and banking operations.
