About the Role

Mindera is hiring a Product Owner to define product life cycles, describe playable requirements, and drive transformation projects across complex technical landscapes. You will collaborate closely with development and business teams to deliver expected outcomes, focusing on backend data integration solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Define, manage, and prioritise product backlogs for data integration and transformation initiatives.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements across retail functions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable and robust data products that interface with legacy and modern systems.
  • Drive cross-team collaboration between business units and technology groups.
  • Align product delivery with transformation roadmaps and organisational goals.
  • Translate technical concepts and constraints into business-friendly language and vice versa.
  • Ensure compliance and performance of data pipelines across various distribution channels.
  • Facilitate Sprint Planning, ensuring the team delivers value consistently.
  • Run and participate in Sprint Retrospectives, driving continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • A background in the Retail or Gambling industry.
  • Proven experience in driving transformation projects.
  • Experience working across complex technical landscapes.
  • Experience delivering backend data integration solutions.
