Zipdev is looking for a Product Owner to join our team. You will be responsible for maximizing product value by defining the product vision, translating business needs into actionable requirements, and ensuring high-quality delivery from the development team. As the voice of the customer, you will manage the product backlog and ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
What You'll Do
- Own, prioritize, and maintain a clear and transparent product backlog.
- Gather and refine requirements with stakeholders, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, providing clarity, feedback, and direction throughout the sprint cycle.
- Serve as the primary decision-maker for product scope and feature-level priorities.
- Monitor product progress, KPIs, and delivery timelines, using data and user feedback to guide decisions.
- Continuously refine backlog items based on feedback, evolving goals, and market changes.
- Facilitate communication between engineering, design, QA, and business teams.
- Advocate for users, ensuring features meet customer expectations and usability standards.
- Ensure compliance with security, technical, and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a software environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Deep understanding of SDLC and modern product development practices.
- CSPO or similar Agile certification.
- Experience working with SaaS products.
- Experience using data analysis or analytics tools to guide product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Excellent English skills (C1).
- Must be located in Latam.
Nice to Have
- Figma or UX/UI collaboration experience.
- Client-facing or customer interview experience.
- Experience with mobile or cloud products.
