EX Squared is looking for a Product Operations Manager to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our product development lifecycle. You will play a key role in establishing processes and metrics that drive product strategy execution and team alignment.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement scalable operational frameworks for the product organization
- Define and track key performance indicators for product delivery and team health
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between product, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and lead process improvement initiatives
- Manage the tooling and data infrastructure that supports product operations
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in product operations, program management, or a similar operational role within a technology company
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Expertise in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence)
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic, global environment
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in the United Kingdom. You will be collaborating with a globally distributed team.
