At Iron Mountain, we are looking for a Product Operations Manager to play a critical role in operationalizing and scaling our product strategy. You will help bridge the gap between our product, engineering, and operational teams, ensuring our products deliver real-world impact and maximum value.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the liaison between product and operations teams, ensuring smooth product rollouts, creating playbooks and training materials, and supporting change management efforts.
- Analyze product adoption, feature usage, and customer feedback to identify trends and improvement areas; partner with product managers to prioritize enhancements.
- Lead special projects focused on improving operational workflows, scaling new features, or increasing efficiency; help define metrics for success and track outcomes.
- Collaborate across product, engineering, customer experience, and field teams to surface operational requirements, troubleshoot issues, and drive execution on cross-team initiatives.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to share product performance, operational impact, and key learnings with leadership and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in product operations, business operations, product management, consulting, or a similarly analytical and cross-functional role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make recommendations.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives from ideation through execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to senior leadership.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a bias for action and results.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and navigating change.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Experience in logistics, storage, or moving industries is a plus.
- Understanding of Agile or product development processes is helpful.
- Experience supporting go-to-market or operational readiness for new products or features.
