Job Summary The Product Operations Manager serves as the critical organizational nucleus for the Product team, ensuring seamless coordination, strategic alignment, and operational excellence across all initiatives. This role maintains the product ecosystem's integrity by managing comprehensive documentation, facilitating clear communication, and supporting leadership in strategic planning and execution. Collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineering leadership, the role guarantees that roadmaps reflect organizational priorities and team potential. This position does not include direct management responsibilities. Responsibilities: - Maintain comprehensive product documentation including roadmaps, OKRs, calendars, tracking systems, and decision logs - Communicate project updates, priorities, and timelines transparently across cross-functional teams - Provide administrative support to Chief Product Officer and Senior Vice President of Product - Manage product team offsite logistics, including meeting scheduling and travel arrangements - Partially support NYC office administrative functions - Ensure product deliverables, timelines, and interdependencies remain synchronized - Generate visibility dashboards and post-release summaries - Keep executive leadership informed about progress, potential risks, and critical decisions - Act as central communication hub across product squads and stakeholders - Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to align roadmaps with strategic objectives - Facilitate roadmap reviews, planning sessions, and cross-functional alignment meetings - Develop product collateral including presentations, documents, and leadership materials - Coordinate product review scheduling and leadership touchpoints - Support industry event preparation in partnership with Marketing - Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and follow-through - Serve as Chief Product Officer's strategic operational partner Experience: - 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management within SaaS, Technology, Pharma, or Healthtech - Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and cross-functional collaboration - Proven operational excellence in process and workflow development - Direct executive partnership experience - Proficiency with Jira, PowerPoint, Excel, and product operations tools - Experience generating roadmap presentations and product documentation - Comfort managing administrative tasks supporting product effectiveness - Outstanding organizational capabilities managing complex workflows - Expertise creating templates and standard operating procedures Most Critical Capabilities: - Deep product ecosystem understanding - Rigorous operational methodology - Executive communication and partnership skills Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000 Compensation reflects individual skills, experience, location, and team equity considerations.
