1Password is seeking a Product Operations Manager to build the organization and shared practices our Product team needs to scale effectively. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams on experiments, systems, and tools, while playing a visible part in managing stakeholders and influencing our ability to deliver.

What You'll Do

Build the organization and shared practices that product teams need.
Work with a cross-functional team on experiments.
Improve or introduce new systems and tools.
Collaborate on how the Product team operates and scales.
Manage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders and executives.
Influence the team's ability to deliver as a shared owner of the roadmap.
Contribute to and help drive product strategy.

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of work experience, ideally in a product environment.
Understanding of how to turn user needs into products.
Aptitude for building high-trust partnerships up and across organizations, with technical and non-technical teams.
Experience with tackling ambiguous problems and moving to action-oriented solutions.
Strong strategic thinker able to creatively solve problems, prioritize solutions, and motivate stakeholders.
Genuine excitement to understand problems completely and engage cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability and desire to learn and teach new tools.
An understanding of how and when process accelerates vs. decelerates teams and progress.
Understanding of how data influences decision making.
Naturally curious and excited to get started, learn, and inspire others.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with roadmapping and project management tools like Productboard and Asana.

Compensation: USA: $107,000-$145,000 USD; Canada: $99,000-$135,000 CAD + equity grant.

This is a remote-first position open to candidates located in the USA and Canada.
