Responsibilities
- Drive implementation of initiatives that align with strategic goals and enhance the efficiency of product distribution workflows
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of the Direct-to-Floor process and visual operations, responding to sales velocity and ensuring seamless product movement to the sales floor and Back of House organization
- Manage the execution of pricing reductions, promotional displays, and inventory turnover
- Lead the planning and implementation of seasonal transitions and visual evaluation strategies
- Maintain in-store visual elements including product displays, signage, and display fixtures
- Champion customer-centric decision-making by prioritizing customer needs in all operational choices
- Support and promote technological innovations that enhance customer experience through a blend of digital and personal engagement
- Anticipate and respond to evolving customer demands and expectations
- Guide and provide performance input to Customer Experience Representatives to ensure efficient product handling and lifecycle management
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures and manage daily sales floor operations
- Ensure a safe environment for both team members and customers by prioritizing health and safety protocols
- Contribute to team strength through involvement in recruitment, onboarding, and skill development across roles
- Support team growth by sharing performance insights with leadership
- Partner with colleagues to develop adaptable and timely operational responses
- Exchange technical expertise and actively pursue learning opportunities from more experienced peers
- Help team members understand how their contributions affect overall outcomes and involve cross-functional input
