dormakaba USA is hiring a Product Marketing Manager for our Access Control and Identity Management team. In this role, you will lead product positioning and Go-To-Market strategy for new offerings in the Americas market, focusing on solutions for data centers and critical infrastructure. You’ll partner with product managers, segment marketing, and sales to develop compelling messaging, launch products, and drive brand growth.

What You'll Do

• Create business plans that identify segment growth potential to build a competitive advantage.
• Build strategies that drive emerging product growth and expand into new markets leveraging our strategic partnerships.
• Manage the development of Go-To-Market strategies for new product launches, including market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineers, and product teams to develop product positioning and marketing campaigns.
• Engage with customers and business development to build a pipeline for growing this business in the Americas.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing or product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% at times.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Data Center or Critical Infrastructure markets.
• Electronics experience.
• Software experience.
• Security or Access Control industry experience.
• Customer-facing experience.
