About the Role

Electric is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution for our product marketing initiatives and partner go-to-market programs. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Partner teams to create compelling marketing materials, drive partner adoption, and accelerate revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives through agile project management, ensuring campaigns align with business objectives.
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, and Partner teams to translate product capabilities into compelling positioning and messaging.
  • Foster a data-driven marketing culture, leveraging competitive analysis and customer feedback to inform strategies.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize initiatives and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and implement seamless partner marketing programs.
  • Develop marketing materials that clearly communicate value propositions, including one-pagers, sell sheets, and partner pitch decks.
  • Create and execute product nurture campaigns to drive partner customer adoption and platform engagement.
  • Define detailed campaign briefs, content requirements, and success metrics with design, sales enablement, and analytics teams.
  • Manage the full marketing campaign lifecycle from ideation to execution and optimization.
  • Represent the company at partner events, trade shows, and industry conferences to build relationships.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a product marketing role in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Experience with partner marketing, channel programs, and creating marketing materials for technical products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to leverage marketing data and understand partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills, with ability to create compelling content.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives and partner programs.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in agile marketing methodologies.
  • Technical proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems like HubSpot and Salesforce.

  • Experience with partner portal technologies.
