RxBenefits is looking for a Senior Product Manager to be responsible for our suite of vended products. The ideal candidate will have significant PBM experience (5+ years) and a proven track record of leading complex vendor relationships.

What You'll Do

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements, design, development, launch, and ongoing optimization of vended products.
Use data-driven insights from customer feedback, usage metrics, and competitive analysis to inform vendor selection and retention.
Manage internal and external stakeholder communication to ensure alignment across executive, business, vendor, and technical teams.
Monitor vendor performance, define KPIs, and continuously iterate to improve adoption, engagement, and outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field.
Minimum of 5 years of PBM experience.
Demonstrated experience working with complex vendor relationships.
A curious, creative, and strategic thinker.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to become a subject matter expert.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Benefits & Compensation

Compensation: $120,000 to $150,000 annually.
