Becton Dickinson (BD) is hiring a Product Manager Venous Access Management Solutions (m/f/d) to join our team. In this hybrid role based in Heidelberg, you will drive and develop defined parts of the Vascular Access Management portfolio within Central Europe, focusing on digital product management and an omnichannel approach to build sustainable market presence.
What You'll Do
- Drive and develop defined portfolio parts of the Vascular Access Management portfolio (MDS) within Central Europe in agreed focus markets.
- Define clinical & commercial understanding and marketing development for the focused portfolio.
- Analyze and deeply understand the market environment and market atlas to identify key strategic opportunities and market segments.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Marketing & Commercial Plan to develop a sustainable market presence and growth in the selected MDS portfolio.
- Maintain close collaboration with the Western Europe Marketing and Clinical organization, Public Policy, and the sales organization to ensure an aligned, customer-centric approach.
- Perform continuous analysis of the competitive environment and identify potential future cooperation partners and product portfolio expansion opportunities.
- Build a strong network and relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical associations relevant to the defined portfolio within Central Europe.
- Support and implement digital campaigns as part of the digital transformation process towards omnichannel for selected markets.
- Be responsible for achieving the overall turnover and GP targets of the defined portfolio.
What We're Looking For
- A university degree in business administration or marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience.
- A clinical or healthcare background/experience is required.
- Strong analytical skills to clearly identify customer needs and requirements.
- Successful experience in downstream and upstream business development.
- Experience in strategic as well as tactical planning.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to liaise with different teams and experience leading teams and projects.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Flexibility to travel.
- Self-reliance with the ability to drive for transparent results.
- Customer-centric personality with the ability to cooperate within diverse and multi-cultural environments.
- Ability to set priorities with the aim to meet defined business and growth goals.
- A reliable personality able to deal with ambiguity, showing strong communication and interpersonal skills within all team levels and scopes.
