DaVita is hiring a Product Manager (ROPS) to lead product solutions for a critical business problem within Revenue Operations. You will define the vision, strategy, and intended results for a specific product area and execute that vision across multiple applications for various user groups.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Manage multiple product outcomes across a longer-term roadmap.
• Evaluate and advance product ideas through product research, user feedback, and data analysis.
• Ensure completion of written requirements and user stories by partnering with design, research, and development teams.
• Actively participate in creating clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature requirements.
• Prioritize features according to business need and partner with stakeholders to move development forward.
• Engage in User Acceptance Testing to determine product readiness.
• Define product success criteria and ensure post-launch monitoring through user feedback, performance metrics, and data analysis.
• Partner with legal, compliance, privacy, and risk teams to mitigate company risk.
• Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on product priorities, scope, and strategic goals.
• Support regular communication with stakeholders and ensure product features meet business and user needs.

What We're Looking For

• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
• 6+ years of product experience in an agile environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver on deadlines.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to partner with technical and senior business stakeholders.
• Graduate of an accredited 4-year college or university.

Nice to Have

• Product experience focused on digital products.
• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Product Management related fields.

• Compensation: $68,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year.
