- Define and execute the product strategy for payment processing features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable transaction systems
- Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements
- Prioritize backlog items based on business impact and technical feasibility
- Monitor key performance metrics to assess product health
- Work closely with compliance teams to ensure adherence to financial regulations
- Lead discovery initiatives to identify new opportunities in payments
- Translate customer needs into clear product requirements
- Coordinate release timelines with engineering and operations
- Support incident response and post-mortem analysis for payment disruptions
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in fintech or payments
- Strong understanding of payment gateways, processing flows, and transaction security
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as PCI-DSS and PSD2
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Track record of delivering customer-centric products
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field

- Experience with international payment methods and currency handling
- Knowledge of fraud detection and risk mitigation systems
