Flock Safety is looking for a Product Manager, Mobile to own the strategy and execution for one of our core product experiences. You will craft mobile-first experiences, build the product roadmap, and scale the mobile product from 1 to N.

What You'll Do

Be the voice of the customer by talking to users and understanding their unique needs.
Partner with the Customer Success team to deepen partnerships with customers.
Advocate for modern mobile user experiences that do not cause user friction.
Build the Mobile Product roadmap with a focus on mobile-centric experiences.
Work collaboratively across the organization to bridge communication gaps.
Research market and competitive trends to inform the product roadmap.
Own the end-to-end mobile product experience.
Prioritize and plan mobile development for a clear roadmap spanning multiple verticals.
Conduct ongoing customer interviews and discovery to validate product assumptions.
Partner cross-functionally with Success, Marketing, Product/Design, and Engineering.

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of experience in Product Management.
3+ years focusing on leading native mobile apps (iOS/Android).
Proven ability to plan and manage complex, cross-functional projects without direct authority.
Skilled at identifying user pain points, driving product discovery, and translating insights into clear requirements.
Proven track record of shipping high-impact, user-centric product and end-to-end feature launches.
Customer empathy.
Confident communicator able to challenge assumptions and push for clarity.
Strong curiosity with analytical skills to support decisions with data and customer insight.

Nice to Have

Experience with consumer products.
Passion for intuitive, thoughtful mobile experiences that delight users and solve meaningful problems.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $130,000-$170,000 + stock options.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid role open to candidates in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, Austin, or remote within the United States.
