Flock Safety is looking for a Product Manager, Mobile to own the strategy and execution for one of our core product experiences. You will craft mobile-first experiences, build the product roadmap, and scale the mobile product from 1 to N.
What You'll Do
- Be the voice of the customer by talking to users and understanding their unique needs.
- Partner with the Customer Success team to deepen partnerships with customers.
- Advocate for modern mobile user experiences that do not cause user friction.
- Build the Mobile Product roadmap with a focus on mobile-centric experiences.
- Work collaboratively across the organization to bridge communication gaps.
- Research market and competitive trends to inform the product roadmap.
- Own the end-to-end mobile product experience.
- Prioritize and plan mobile development for a clear roadmap spanning multiple verticals.
- Conduct ongoing customer interviews and discovery to validate product assumptions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Success, Marketing, Product/Design, and Engineering.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management.
- 3+ years focusing on leading native mobile apps (iOS/Android).
- Proven ability to plan and manage complex, cross-functional projects without direct authority.
- Skilled at identifying user pain points, driving product discovery, and translating insights into clear requirements.
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact, user-centric product and end-to-end feature launches.
- Customer empathy.
- Confident communicator able to challenge assumptions and push for clarity.
- Strong curiosity with analytical skills to support decisions with data and customer insight.
Nice to Have
- Experience with consumer products.
- Passion for intuitive, thoughtful mobile experiences that delight users and solve meaningful problems.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $130,000-$170,000 + stock options.

Work Mode
