The Product Manager will manage the Medical Equipment portfolio across Italy, Greece, Malta, and Cyprus, supporting marketing activities for key product lines including diagnostic cardiology, low-acuity vitals, surgical solutions, and patient support systems. This role acts as the marketing team coordinator in Italy and serves as the key point of contact for product launches, campaigns, and portfolio communication at Baxter Healthcare Corporation.
What You'll Do
- Develop annual portfolio plans and manage product launches
- Track business performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Execute marketing programs, promotions, digital campaigns and pricing initiatives
- Manage marketing budget and promotional activities
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives
- Coordinate company presence at conferences and exhibitions
- Lead internal and external portfolio communication with support from Communications
- Work with European Marketing for alignment and resource sharing
- Support training development and market research activities
- Monitor competition and communicate insights effectively
- Act as the point of contact for portfolio updates and promotions
- Oversee demo product management and provide guidance to junior marketing staff
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Italian and English
- 4+ years of marketing experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals
- Degree in marketing, clinical sciences or engineering (or similar background)
