OnePay is seeking a Product Manager for our Lending team. In this role, you will be responsible for launching and enhancing our flagship financing solution, which empowers shoppers with flexible payment options. You will build and own key new user experiences, scaling to tens and hundreds of millions of users.
What You'll Do
- Build and own key new user experiences in the shopping and lending space, scaling to tens and hundreds of millions of users.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, define requirements, and ship features that balance lending fundamentals with customer needs.
- Maintain and prioritize your slice of the roadmap in support of our overall launch plan.
- Make decisions based on key metrics like conversion and repayment rates to inform prioritization and drive measurable improvements.
- Translate complex technical and partner requirements into clear tickets, user flows, and stakeholder updates.

- 7+ years of relevant experience in product management or a similar role.
- A dedication to the best customer experience, while understanding technical, business, and design constraints.
- Servant leadership skills: the ability to motivate people and lead by example without direct managerial authority.
- Strong executive presentation skills with tight communication that secures buy-in for key initiatives.
- Experience working with legal, compliance, product, business, engineering, and other key stakeholders.
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and demonstrated critical thinking capabilities.
