Stone Tech is hiring a Product Manager II | Destinada para PcD (Remoto) to join our Rules and Programs of the Networks team with a focus on issuance. In this role, you will be central to analyzing and disseminating card network rules, programs, and releases. You'll translate technical and regulatory requirements into actionable strategic plans, serving as the critical link between our internal teams, clients, and the card networks themselves.
What You'll Do
- Communicate and document card network rules, releases, and programs related to issuance with clarity and strategic insight.
- Facilitate exchanges with internal teams (product, technology, risk, compliance) and external partners to ensure understanding and adherence to network requirements.
- Analyze bulletins, CPs, releases, and communications from card networks, identifying their impacts, risks, and opportunities.
- Map internal stakeholders affected by each new requirement or regulatory change, bridging business and technical teams.
- Develop action plans and strategies for implementing new programs and regulatory changes.
- Monitor trends and transformations in the payments market, contributing a strategic vision for product evolution.
- Produce support and guidance materials like guides, presentations, and FAQs to facilitate the implementation of changes.

- Excellent oral and written communication, with a proven ability to translate complex content into objective, clear messages.
