OnePay is hiring a Product Manager, Family to shape the financial journey of the next generation. You will build products that power a teen’s first paycheck, first debit card, and first credit score—moments that define lifelong financial habits. This is an opportunity to drive a critical growth initiative and change how families experience banking.
What You'll Do
- Own product strategy and roadmap for teen and family banking, including under-18 account creation and parental authorization flows
- Define and deliver onboarding, product eligibility, and growth experiences tailored to teens, parents, and families
- Partner with legal, compliance, and engineering to launch age-appropriate features aligned with regulatory requirements
- Drive product cross-sell opportunities (e.g., savings, credit-building tools) for teen users as they age into adult products
- Expand scope over time into related family and banking use cases
What We're Looking For
- 7-10 years of product management experience
- Experience building 0→1 consumer products with measurable adoption and engagement impact
- A strong consumer-first mindset and deep empathy for everyday financial challenges
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, with the ability to structure open-ended problems and execute with a bias for action
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; proven track record working with engineering, design, analytics, and business leaders
- Drive and proactivity—everyone here is a builder and executor
Nice to Have
- Product management experience ideally with consumer-facing financial products where teen or family banking was a core component
Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact

This role is remote-friendly and open to candidates located within the United States.
