CRS Group Inc. is hiring a Product Manager, Buyer Experience to lead the strategic direction of our digital automotive marketplace. This is a high-impact role where you will own the end-to-end online journey, helping customers search, evaluate, and purchase vehicles through intuitive, data-driven product experiences.
What You'll Do
- Own and evolve the buyer journey across search, browse, and purchase experiences.
- Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive product decisions.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to deliver product improvements.
- Build and execute a product roadmap aligned with our growth objectives.
- Leverage AI/ML to enhance search, recommendations, personalization, and merchandising.
- Monitor product performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and experimentation platforms.
- Translate insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and backlogs.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities that improve engagement and conversion.
- Ensure high product quality by staying deeply involved in delivery and releases.
- Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
- Balance scope, priority, technical risk, and business impact across initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Product Management or Product Development experience.
- Experience owning customer-facing digital products in marketplace, eCommerce, or SaaS environments.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and design teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
