Role and Responsibilities • Deliver premier IAM products and services, emphasizing critical feature sets and functionalities designed for enterprise clients. • Formulate and implement a precise product strategy, ensuring continuous evolution to meet customer requirements and market dynamics. • Engage with data analytics, UX design, engineering, QA, operations, and business teams to successfully execute product vision and roadmap. • Establish and articulate functional and non-functional requirements, providing comprehensive rationale for feature modifications to guarantee product transparency. • Navigate shifting priorities, constrained resources, and interdependencies while demonstrating rapid adaptability. • Maintain rigorous product management processes, including change control and comprehensive documentation. • Discover and evaluate emerging business opportunities through extensive market and competitive research to drive IAM innovation. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), while systematically identifying customer needs, challenges, and improvement potential. Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. • Minimum 5 years of comprehensive product lifecycle experience focusing on technological innovation, preferably in Identity and Access Management. • Profound domain expertise in cloud-based solutions, enterprise mobility management, and IAM technologies. • Extraordinary interpersonal and communication capabilities, demonstrating stakeholder management, negotiation, and persuasion skills across diverse cultural and geographical contexts. • Proficient in generating product requirement documentation and utilizing tools like Confluence and JIRA. • Technical background in software development, systems integration, or solutions architecture. • Experienced with multiple software development methodologies, particularly Agile frameworks. • Highly structured with robust sense of ownership and accountability. • Capable of thriving in ambiguous and uncertain environments. • Proactive learner passionate about innovation in rapidly evolving industries. Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this role is expected to be between $100,000 and $125,000, reflecting base salary only. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related knowledge, competencies, qualifications, skills, and experience.
