Lola Blankets seeks a Product Manager for Admin & PLG to lead the platform's digital backbone for managing Airtame devices and virtual instances. You will own the Admin Experience, transforming it into a high-velocity self-serve revenue engine that drives SaaS targets through automated onboarding and license management.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end self-service journey for admins, from trial to multi-site deployment.
- Lead the transition of the Admin Experience into a high-velocity growth engine.
- Own automated onboarding, transparent license management, and remote configuration.
- Solve fleet management at scale: mass-configuring devices, scheduling updates, managing content.
- Provide admins with global visibility and data for proactive fleet health management.
- Optimize every touchpoint in the web UI to drive trial-to-paid conversion.
- Design logic and UI for frictionless, automated seat provisioning and license tracking.
- Architect and optimize the self-serve funnel for Virtual and Hardware instances.
- Identify and eliminate onboarding bottlenecks to improve trial-to-paid conversion rate.
- Ship critical enterprise infrastructure like SSO, advanced RBAC, and security protocols.
- Establish a robust analytics framework to predict churn and identify expansion opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- At least 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Significant experience owning an Admin UI, billing/subscription system, or technical B2B management portal.
- Deep understanding of product-led growth mechanics: PQLs, trial-to-paid conversion loops, self-serve onboarding.
- Comfortable discussing APIs, remote device management protocols, and data schemas with engineers.
- Proficient in querying your own data and using evidence to build roadmaps.
- Experience testing and validating hypotheses by engaging directly with real users.
