Infatica.io is looking for an experienced and highly autonomous Product Manager to lead early-stage product development. You will own products end-to-end—from idea validation and MVP launch to iteration and scaling—primarily in B2C, with optional exposure to B2B solutions.

What You'll Do

Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, MVP definition, launch, and iteration.
Build, test, and iterate MVPs rapidly based on data and user feedback.
Manage and prioritize multiple products simultaneously.
Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics.
Collaborate with remote and outsourced development teams.
Set up and analyze product analytics, funnels, cohorts, and experiments.
Make data-driven decisions balancing business and user needs.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and stakeholders.
Actively use AI tools to improve product discovery, delivery, analytics, and productivity.

What We're Looking For

Strong experience with early-stage products, primarily B2C.
High level of ownership and independence.
Experience managing remote and outsourced teams.
Proven ability to run MVPs, experiments, and hypothesis-driven development.
Strong product analytics expertise (metrics, A/B testing, tracking setup).
Experience working with technical products; software development background or strong technical understanding.
Mandatory hands-on experience using AI tools.
Excellent communication and prioritization skills.

Nice to Have

Experience launching products from zero to product-market fit.
Startup or fast-paced environment experience.
Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
