As a Product Manager Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s Chief Administrative Office, you will be integral to innovating new product offerings and leading the end-to-end product life cycle. You will act as the voice of the customer, responsible for developing profitable products that provide significant customer value.
What You'll Do
- Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.

- Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap.
- Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
- Implement the firm’s product operating framework within your squad—translate evolving guidance into working agreements and lightweight artifacts.
- Translate business objectives into platform capabilities and non‑functional requirements, ensuring designs align with firm guardrails for risk, controls, security, and resiliency.
- Discover and synthesize stakeholder needs—document requirements and pain points; design automation‑first workflows and system integrations that scale.
- Manage cross‑team dependencies with Engineering, Lines of Business, and Operations—align roadmaps and requirements, coordinate handoffs and release readiness.
- Produce clear documentation (requirements, process maps, runbooks) and coordinate with Operations Communications/Training to align content with release timelines.
- Frame requirements and technical discussions to shape product design that reduces time‑to‑market, simplifies dependencies, and enables global scale.
- Manage product delivery discipline in product tools—keep backlogs and boards current, document epics and stories with acceptance criteria.
