Ziff Davis Shopping is looking for a Product Manager to help drive the evolution of our platform and experiences into essential tools that convert deal-seekers into engaged, long-term users. You will be responsible for driving product innovation, defining key success metrics, and working cross-functionally to deliver on our roadmap and strategic vision.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap.
- Design and ship best-in-class features, working closely with UX, engineering, and research partners to prototype, test, and iterate on customer experience.
- Translate user insights and behavioral data into intuitive front-end experiences that drive engagement, retention, and long-term loyalty.
- Reimagine the product deal experience within our ecosystem, inspiring discovery of new deals and positioning our value higher in the shopping funnel.
- Champion a rapid test-and-learn culture, leveraging prototyping, A/B testing, and continuous experimentation to design and refine personalized, user-centric journeys.
- Partner with Business Development to expand integrations and partnerships that enhance our offerings and capabilities.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to drive product differentiation.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5+ years of product management experience.
- Strong background in ecommerce, affiliate networks, and mobile apps.
- Experience in building and scaling new products with a focus on user retention and engagement.
- Strong analytical mindset, with a track record of using data to drive product decisions and optimize performance.
- Proven ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments, aligning stakeholders and executing against ambitious roadmaps.
- Passion for consumer savings, loyalty programs, and eCommerce innovation.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Customer Engagement Platforms like Braze or Iterable.
