DÖHLER – Natural Food & Beverage Ingredients is looking for a Product Manager to own the strategy, performance, and growth of our Colors and Coatings portfolio in North America. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from identifying new business opportunities to driving revenue and profitability, all while collaborating closely with sales, marketing, R&D, and supply chain teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead product portfolio lifecycle management, ensuring accurate master data, pricing, stocks, and documentation.
- Monitor product performance, identify gaps, and recommend portfolio development initiatives.
- Own revenue and profitability targets for the colors and coatings product portfolio.
- Collaborate with sales to position products, create value propositions, and support key customer engagements.
- Develop and deliver impactful capability and product presentations to customers.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing, R&D, sales, supply chain, pricing) to drive pipeline projects.
- Collaborate with marketing to identify new business opportunities, develop campaigns, marketing collateral, and training material.
- Leverage market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify actionable opportunities for growth.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, product development or R&D specifically in colors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
