About the Role

Teva Pharmaceutical Industries is hiring a Product Manager to lead the strategic direction and full lifecycle management of its Generics portfolio in Canada. You will be responsible for developing and executing portfolio strategy to maximize market potential, from new product development through to launch and commercialization.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the assigned portfolio, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from portfolio selection to product launch, commercialization, and eventual retirement.
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring seamless coordination across all functions.
  • Develop and manage marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor product performance through pre-established KPIs and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Serve as the product expert, presenting initiatives and engaging the sales team.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to all stakeholders, from technical teams to senior leadership.
  • Liaise with Supply Chain to minimize negative impact of disruption.

What We're Looking For

  • Undergraduate degree in business or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of successful and relevant experience leading similar product portfolio(s) in Canada.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential, along with demonstrated excellence in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Knowledge of IQVIA data and its different datasets.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new processes, software, and systems.
  • Great work ethic and positive attitude.
  • High proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.

Nice to Have

  • Deep understanding of the Canadian generic pharmaceutical landscape, including market dynamics, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical Portfolio Management practices related to the Canadian environment (regulatory, compliance, etc.).
