TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods is looking for a Product Manager to manage the development and delivery of a product and feature portfolio. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, prioritizing features, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap. What You'll Do
- Define product vision using knowledge of solutions and competition.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Provide new innovative products while connecting offerings to showcase value for customers.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, outlining key milestones and release plans.
- Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities.
- Work closely with engineering, product operations, UX, marketing, sales, and customer experience teams.
- Partner with team members to define user stories, prioritize backlog, and participate in agile ceremonies.
- Work with release management to ensure seamless product launches and go-to-market.
- Collaborate with design and engineering to create intuitive user experiences and conduct usability testing.
- Understand key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to enable seamless communication with stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in product management.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market, preferably in Agronomy.
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Nice to Have
- Direct experience in AgTech, FoodTech, or Agricultural Technology sectors.
- Understanding of precision agriculture, IoT sensors, farm management systems, or supply chain technologies.
- Certification in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Product Management Professional).
- Certification in Agile methodologies with demonstrated application in technology product development.
- Experience with B2B SaaS platforms serving enterprise customers in agriculture or consumer goods industries.
- Experience with subscription-based business models.
