UpCodes is looking for a Product Manager to own our core product and shape its future direction. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the CEO, users, and the engineering team to wrangle complexity, create hypotheses, test assumptions, and develop specifications.

What You'll Do

Own user research and discovery efforts to gain a deep understanding of the industry, engage with customers, and study analytics to inform product decisions.
Work closely with founders to set product strategy and roadmap.
Set priorities for the engineering team.
Work with subject matter experts to understand industry challenges and translate them into user value.
Develop UI/UX solutions with the design team by creating wireframes and maintaining a constant feedback loop.
Drive collaboration across teams, integrate different perspectives, and establish clear decisions.
Communicate and document decisions efficiently in writing (product briefs, PRDs, Slack messages) in a fully distributed, async culture.

What We're Looking For

2-4 years of end-to-end product development experience in B2B SaaS.
Experience at early-stage or fast-growing companies with small product teams.
Experience taking full responsibility for major features or products—shaping strategy, defining success, and guiding from concept to launch.
Comfortable conducting user interviews and using them to make informed product decisions.
Strong design sense focused on building products that are simple, accessible, and easy to use.
Open to feedback and good at managing it as a driving force for work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working effectively with users and a remote, global team.
Data-driven approach to set objectives and find effective solutions.
Detail-oriented, raising the team's standards for quality and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Experience working with compliance tech.
Experience with tools like Amplitude and Figma.
