Lightspeed is seeking a Product Manager III to join our Golf team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our core tee sheet product, defining the overall team product direction and strategy. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to shape priorities and build a roadmap that delivers value.
What You'll Do
- Craft feature and scope definitions that balance customer, business and implementation perspectives.
- Gather insights from our existing customer base, internal stakeholders, and market trends to shape product direction.
- Create easily understood product delivery plans and requirements in collaboration with technical and design team members.
- Drive implementation and execution of the team’s roadmap.
- Contribute and evaluate new product concepts for consideration in future roadmap plans.
- Collaborate with Go-to-Market teams to coordinate successful product launches.
- Define and report on product success.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Become the Product SME for the product offerings you own.
- Contribute as part of the wider team to achieve organizational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within B2B software, with a proven track record of delivering impactful products.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, driving product vision, and executing product roadmaps in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to a diverse audience, including senior leadership, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
- A deep passion for enhancing user experiences through technology, with a customer-centric approach to solving problems and delivering value.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to forge strong relationships across the organization, influence without authority, and lead teams toward shared goals.
- Expertise in product management and Agile/Scrum product development life cycles, as well as building and delivering high-quality software on time.
- Ability to lead client discovery, solutioning, and alignment conversations.
- Understanding of product strategy development and roadmapping tools.
- Experience with market research tools and techniques.

- Experience in, or a passion for, the golf industry.
- Understanding of golf course operations.
