Magic Eden is looking for a Product Management Lead, Token Trading on a contract basis. You will be at the forefront of building new token trading products, driving our evolution from the #1 NFT Marketplace to a leading fungibles trading platform. This role offers the potential to convert to full-time.

What You'll Do

Drive the token trading roadmap for Magic Eden.
Define product vision, roadmaps, and goals aligned with company strategy.
Define vision for the future of token trading, including new user segments, forms of trading, asset classes, and experiences.
Conduct market research on memecoins, crypto industry trends, and competitor activity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, founders) to identify and prioritize initiatives and develop go-to-market strategies.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
Deep personal passion for trading onchain.
Previous experience working on DEXs, perps platforms, or other trading products (Web2 or Web3).
Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills for a hyper-fast-paced environment.
Experience in marketplace optimization and growth.
Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in an organized manner.
Fluency with using data—both tactical (e.g., A/B testing) and strategic (e.g., feature-level estimations)—to inform crisp decisions.
