Responsibilities
- Define the long-term growth vision across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue, making strategic decisions on investment priorities and initiatives to deprioritize.
- Establish and scale the experimentation framework, including tooling, decision processes, and analytics systems to support a high-velocity testing culture.
- Lead product initiatives for user acquisition, including referral programs, third-party integrations, paid landing experiences, and viral growth mechanisms in close collaboration with marketing teams.
- Optimize the user onboarding journey, focusing on wallet integration, first-time deposit conversion, and initial engagement to drive meaningful product adoption.
- Develop product features and systems that encourage repeat engagement, including bonus structures, loyalty programs, and targeted lifecycle messaging.
- Define and implement core growth metrics, retention cohorts, customer lifetime value calculations, and reporting dashboards used for decision-making across teams.
- Operate with high autonomy and speed: write specifications, analyze data using SQL, and ship product changes independently in a fast-paced environment.
