Prematch is hiring a Product Management Lead Analyst to provide essential operational support for our Regulated Markets Division. In this remote role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple processes, resources, and tools that support our Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace, and Commercial lines of business.
What You'll Do
- Manage, maintain, and oversee the Regulated Markets Information Request site for internal partners and client-facing teams.
- Provide oversight and data integrity for the Shared Pipeline Online Tracker used to initiate and track approximately 200 technology project requests annually.
- Maintain and update the Regulated Markets Capability Resource site, which houses critical product and business owner information.
- Own and manage the Regulated Markets regulatory database in ServiceNow, storing all PBM and pharmacy-related guidance.
- Assist with SharePoint usability and functionality improvements.
- Plan for and integrate multiple tasks concurrently.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of relevant experience in product management, operations, or business analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of organization and interpersonal skills; flexibility to adapt to change and multitask.
- Proven ability to prioritize workload and meet project deadlines in complex situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Word.
- Internet connection via cable broadband or fiber optic with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of the PBM or healthcare industries.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Tableau, or other data organization and visualization platforms.

- Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 per year.
