Desjardins Group is looking for a Product Leader to own the design, implementation, and management of a line of high-performing products. You will be responsible for translating member and client needs into a compelling product vision and roadmap, while leading development projects and strategic initiatives that drive business impact.
What You'll Do
- Identify and implement improvements to the product offer based on member needs, business priorities, and market developments.
- Define an innovative target vision for the product line and create the mid- to long-term roadmap aligned with strategic priorities.
- Monitor competition and market developments, target growth opportunities, and recommend strategies.
- Provide leadership in defining the product's direction and represent the target client experience.
- Monitor the product line's commercial and financial performance to recommend optimization approaches.
- Perform sound management of operational, reputational, and financial risks associated with the product offer.
- Ensure the product line complies with laws and regulations and make necessary recommendations to decision-making bodies.
- Represent the team’s position to decision-making bodies, partners, or external organizations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- A minimum of six years of relevant product management experience.
- Knowledge of French is required.
- Strong business insight and strategic acumen.
