Leadtech is seeking a Product Lead to oversee the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of AI-powered functionalities. You will serve as a key liaison between C-level executives and operational teams, transforming business opportunities into scalable AI solutions.

What You'll Do

Define and own the execution strategy for AI product development in alignment with company goals.
Translate abstract AI innovation opportunities into structured product roadmaps and project plans.
Work with the executive team to prioritize AI initiatives based on business impact and feasibility.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI functionalities—from concept validation to production launch.
Build and manage high-performing, cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, and AI.
Define and track project KPIs, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.
Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement processes.
Serve as the key point of contact between leadership, clients, and internal teams for all AI product initiatives.
Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-oriented manner to stakeholders.
Proactively manage risks and resolve issues that may impact project scope, timeline, or quality.
Experience collaborating with marketing teams and knowledge of user acquisition across major traffic channels.
Allocate resources efficiently across multiple AI programs.
Collaborate with finance and HR on budgeting, hiring, and vendor relationships related to AI projects.
Evaluate external partnerships, platforms, and tools to accelerate AI delivery.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of experience in project or program management in a software or tech-driven environment.
3+ years of experience specifically leading AI/ML projects or product lines.
Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional software projects from inception to launch.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, trends, and delivery challenges.
Experience working with agile methodologies, modern project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Nice to Have

MBA or technical MSc is a plus.
Experience in applied AI domains such as NLP, computer vision, predictive modeling, or generative AI.
Exposure to enterprise-level AI implementations or consumer-facing AI apps.
Previous experience in a scale-up or fast-paced product development environment.
Experience working with offshore/remote teams and multicultural environments.
