About the Role

We're on the hunt for a razor-sharp Product Fulfillment Specialist to supercharge our Customer Experience team. This role is all about nailing the precise and speedy delivery of both digital and physical product orders. You'll be the mastermind behind order queues, working magic with vendors and customers through Zendesk, and wielding tools like ShipStation, Landr, and Canva to make fulfillment look effortless. If you're a proactive tech whiz who gets a rush from delivering top-tier service, we want you on our squad.Responsibilities

  • Crush the accurate and timely fulfillment of physical and digital product orders — including tricky add-ons and multi-SKU items.
  • Manage daily order queues like a pro, tracking and prioritizing pending shipments and delivery timelines.
  • Be the communication wizard, using Zendesk to smoothly resolve customer and vendor inquiries and delivery hiccups.
  • Master third-party platforms such as ShipStation, Landr, and others to upload files, track shipments, and complete fulfillment steps with precision.
  • Provide ninja-level graphic design support (think: album art text) using Canva or Adobe Illustrator.
  • Collaborate with internal teams via Slack, keeping everyone in the loop with updates, escalations, and potential delays.
  • Continuously optimize fulfillment procedures to keep our operational efficiency razor-sharp.
  • Maintain impeccable records for all orders, returns, and vendor communications.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, e-commerce operations, or customer support.
  • Total proficiency with fulfillment software and platforms (ShipStation, Landr, Zendesk — we see you).
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Obsessive attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Proven track record of juggling multiple tasks and priorities in a high-octane environment.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and internal systems.
  • Problem-solving ninja with a proactive approach to fulfillment challenges.
  • Bonus points for experience with basic graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation is a sweet additional skill.
