Jobgether is hiring a Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design of enterprise-focused web applications. In this role, you will translate complex user needs into intuitive solutions for mission-driven products serving nonprofits worldwide, working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

What You'll Do

Lead a user-centered design practice by conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
Translate user insights into actionable design solutions that improve product workflows and experiences.
Own the full design lifecycle, including wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs, and validation with real users.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other teams to ensure seamless implementation of features.
Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system across products and touchpoints.
Monitor product performance and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment between user experience, business value, and engineering resources.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in Product Design or similar roles, with a strong online portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work.
Proven experience designing enterprise-level applications such as CRMs, ERPs, or other complex business tools.
Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools, especially Figma.
Strong data-driven design skills, with the ability to leverage analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
Demonstrated expertise in user research, including planning, conducting, and synthesizing results.
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate design rationale.

Familiarity with the nonprofit sector.
