Jobgether is hiring a Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design of enterprise-focused web applications. In this role, you will translate complex user needs into intuitive solutions for mission-driven products serving nonprofits worldwide, working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Lead a user-centered design practice by conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Translate user insights into actionable design solutions that improve product workflows and experiences.
- Own the full design lifecycle, including wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs, and validation with real users.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other teams to ensure seamless implementation of features.
- Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system across products and touchpoints.
- Monitor product performance and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment between user experience, business value, and engineering resources.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design or similar roles, with a strong online portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work.
- Proven experience designing enterprise-level applications such as CRMs, ERPs, or other complex business tools.
- Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools, especially Figma.
- Strong data-driven design skills, with the ability to leverage analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
- Demonstrated expertise in user research, including planning, conducting, and synthesizing results.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate design rationale.
