Shae Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Designer to join our team. As a Senior Integrated Designer, you will elevate our creative output across every channel, designing engaging digital experiences that convert. You’ll create email templates, social graphics, pitch decks, marketing collateral, and web pages/funnels, all within a culture focused on innovation, performance, and purpose.

What You'll Do

Create and optimize email templates in Go High Level (GHL) to drive open rates and conversions.
Deliver consistent, high-quality design for web, social, ads, decks, and marketing collateral.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Operations teams.
Uphold brand guidelines and ensure compliance across all deliverables.
Introduce and leverage AI tools for faster delivery and greater creativity.
Collaborate on funnels and landing pages from wireframes to high-fidelity designs, ensuring mobile-first, fast, and accessible experiences.
Run A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, layouts, and CTAs; translate results into design iterations.
Contribute to and maintain a modular design system with components, templates, and tokens for speed and brand consistency.
Package deliverables with clear specs and hand-off notes; ensure smooth implementation with Marketing Ops and Developers.

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of professional experience in digital and brand design, with a portfolio spanning email, social media, web, ads, and presentation design.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) email template design and CRM-integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of web and conversion tools (e.g., Webflow, Framer, or basic HTML/CSS) and experience with A/B testing and analytics (GA4 or similar).
Ability to apply AI tools to accelerate workflows, enhance creativity, and improve design quality.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Creative, detail-obsessed, and able to balance brand consistency with fresh ideas.
Understands accessibility and performance best practices for web and email.

Nice to Have

Motion/video skills in After Effects or Premiere are a plus.
