Responsibilities
- Own the full design lifecycle for projects, delivering seamless and effective user experiences that address complex challenges
- Gain a thorough understanding of user and business needs to create practical, innovative, and technically sound design solutions
- Represent user interests when working with product, engineering, and other teams to shape product direction, priorities, and long-term planning
- Produce clear, structured design outputs at suitable fidelity levels to support exploration, gather early input from stakeholders and users, and convey design intent
- Test and refine designs using usability studies and both quantitative and qualitative customer insights
- Actively solicit and incorporate feedback from colleagues while offering constructive, insightful input to team members
