10x Team is hiring a freelance Product Designer - AI Trainer to contribute to the development of advanced AI systems. In this role, you will apply your design thinking and product expertise to train and refine AI models, ensuring they are effective, ethical, and user-centric.
What You'll Do
- Train and evaluate AI models using high-quality design principles and user interaction data.
- Analyze model outputs to identify areas for improvement in usability and logic.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to define training objectives and success metrics.
- Create structured tasks and scenarios to test and improve model performance.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Designer with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design.
- Direct experience training, fine-tuning, or working closely with AI/ML models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex design problems.
- Excellent written communication skills for providing clear, structured feedback.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a 8-20 hour per week freelance capacity.
