Bluelight Consulting is hiring a UI/UX & Visual Designer to join our team. This is a full-time remote role based in Latin America, specifically Lima, Peru.
What You'll Do
- Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for digital products.
- Create high-fidelity visual designs, prototypes, and design systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to translate requirements into compelling design solutions.
- Conduct user research and apply feedback to iterate and improve design concepts.
- Ensure visual consistency and uphold brand standards across all deliverables.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience designing user-centered digital interfaces and experiences.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX and visual design skills across web and mobile.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous, and global team environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, full-time position based in Latin America. Candidates must be located in Lima, Peru, to align with our regional team structure.
