About the Role
You will lead design initiatives from concept to launch, creating seamless interfaces for complex AI capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, and user research to define problems, prototype solutions, and deliver polished experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define user flows and information architecture for new features
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Conduct usability testing and integrate feedback
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure design feasibility
- Maintain and evolve the design system
- Translate technical capabilities into clear user benefits
- Work iteratively in agile development cycles
- Advocate for user needs in product planning discussions
- Design interfaces for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Balance speed of execution with quality of output
- Present design concepts to cross-functional teams
- Gather and synthesize user feedback into design improvements
- Partner with UX researchers on study planning and analysis
- Ensure accessibility standards are met in all deliverables
- Document design decisions and rationale
- Stay current with AI interface trends and best practices
- Contribute to long-term product vision through exploratory work
- Iterate on visual language to match product maturity
- Support onboarding flows for new users
- Design error states and edge-case interactions
- Optimize performance perception in responsive interfaces
- Align interface behavior with underlying AI capabilities
- Create consistent experiences across web and API touchpoints
- Design for internationalization and localization needs
- Collaborate on brand expression within product surfaces
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for artificial intelligence products
