Treantly is looking for a detail-oriented Product Description Assistant to help standardize our online catalog. In this part-time, remote role, you will ensure all product pages are formatted cleanly and consistently using provided templates and guidelines.
What You'll Do
- Manually input and format product descriptions following strict templates and guidelines.
- Ensure a uniform structure and layout across all product pages and SKUs.
- Apply precise formatting rules for headings, bullet points, feature sections, and specifications.
- Use provided keys, tags, and coding elements accurately within the system.
- Maintain consistency in tone, structure, and visual presentation.
- Perform final quality checks before marking pages as complete.
- Flag any inconsistencies or missing information for review.
What We're Looking For
- Highly detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive, structured tasks.
- Strong written English comprehension and high accuracy standards.
- Proven ability to follow structured formatting guidelines precisely.
- Comfortable working inside CMS or e-commerce platform interfaces.
- Organized, disciplined, patient, and consistent with large-volume work.
- Specific experience formatting product pages for e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with Amazon-style listings (structured bullets, features, specs).
- Basic understanding of SEO formatting principles (headers, keywords, clarity).
- Experience with HTML or basic formatting codes.
