AGCO Corporation – Your Agriculture Company seeks a Product and Training Specialist (Spraying Technologies) to lead the commercial and strategic direction of our PTx spray solutions portfolio. You will ensure its competitive market positioning, provide specialized support to internal and external teams, and drive continuous improvements that deliver value to customers, acting as the bridge between sales, engineering, marketing, and support teams.
What You'll Do
- Manage the product portfolio: Lead the spray product lifecycle; evaluate product market performance and propose technical and commercial improvements; collaborate with engineering, R&D, and quality teams to validate new features or solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and specialized support: Act as the internal commercial and technical reference for spraying technology; support sales and after-sales teams with training, technical materials, and field visits; diagnose application problems and propose effective solutions to improve performance.
- Maintain customer relationships and market intelligence: Interact with producers, distributors, consultants, and partners to identify needs and product improvement opportunities; conduct demonstrations, tests, and validations of new technologies in real operating environments; monitor market trends, competition, and new regulations impacting the portfolio.
- Drive commercial strategy and marketing: Support the development of campaigns, professional materials, and new product launch strategies; participate in events, fairs, training, and workshops as the technical spokesperson for the spray line; contribute to pricing definitions, positioning, and market differentiation strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Agronomic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields.
- Solid experience with agricultural spraying technologies; proven background in product management, technical assistance, R&D, or related areas; experience with customer service and field work.
- High communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Collaborative profile for working with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic vision and customer orientation.
Nice to Have
- Postgraduate studies or an MBA will be considered a plus.
- Advanced English and Spanish proficiency (Differentials).
