Banorte is looking for a Product and Service Manager - Transaction Banking to define and execute actions for developing new products, processes, and post-sale service strategies. You will work within the strategic framework set by the General Management to enhance our Transaction Banking offerings.
What You'll Do
- Develop new end-to-end products and processes by collaborating with product, technology, operations, legal, compliance, and other areas to improve the Transaction Banking customer experience.
- Manage and coordinate special projects focused on developing new solutions, improving customer satisfaction, reducing churn, and streamlining key processes.
- Establish and analyze customer churn metrics using benchmarks and satisfaction surveys to identify primary reasons for customer loss and create action plans.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and ensure business continuity.
What We're Looking For
- Professional degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Administrative fields, or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Transaction Banking/SME, Process Improvement, and products like Payroll, Acquirer, Collections, Deposits, and Electronic Channels.
- Required knowledge of Product Implementation Processes and Project Management.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

- English language proficiency.
