Evio is hiring a Product Analyst - Digital Health

About the Role

Evio seeks a Product Analyst to contribute to the success of our Digital Health Team. You will develop and deploy new digital solutions central to Evio’s overall strategy, directly impacting the success of our initiatives and delivering consistent business value to clients.

What You'll Do

  • Define and document product requirements in conjunction with key internal and external stakeholders, maintaining alignment with business and customer needs.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation including job aids, workflow documents, data specifications, and standard operating procedures.
  • Independently organize, plan, and manage project milestones using project management tools and techniques.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders early and often to promote shared understanding of goals, next steps, and timelines.
  • Provide assistance to new and existing clients, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and supporting new product launches and activation activities.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing complex projects with internal and external stakeholders.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Management, preferably in healthcare with experience in process and product documentation or analytics product development.
  • Experience with Pharmacy and EHR technology, transactions, and standards (e.g., eRx, ePA, RTBC, Formulary).
  • 3-5 years in external stakeholder/customer management.
  • Bias for action that inspires teammates to fail fast and apply high velocity learning.
  • High degree of comfort with ambiguity around strategy, direction, team, and roles.
  • High EQ conducive to collaborating with multiple parts of the business and functioning well with a variety of personality types.
  • Data and research driven in your approach to making decisions and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Nice to Have

  • Start-up experience or prior experience taking a product from 0-1 in any setting.
  • Experience with Pharmacy Value Based care initiatives.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000
  • The company pays 100% of medical, dental, and vision premiums for teammates, and 50% for dependents.
  • Evio matches 100% of teammate contribution up to 5% of salary for 401K.
  • Flexible vacation policy with no minimum or maximum amount of vacation allowed per year.
  • Generous paid parental leave for new parents (includes birth and non-birth parents).

Work Mode

This role follows a hybrid work model based in Denver.
