Certus is looking for a Product Analyst to join our Insights team. You will own product analytics and drive data-driven optimization across our web and mobile platforms, combining deep analytical expertise with hands-on tracking implementation.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage product analytics, working closely with Product and Engineering teams to define metrics, analyze user behavior, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to analyze performance data and identify strategies for improving conversion rates across marketing channels.
- Manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) and implement tracking in Rudderstack to ensure accurate data capture across web and mobile platforms.
- Configure and maintain conversion tracking setups across marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn) for accurate attribution.
- Oversee our CDP (Rudderstack) to integrate and manage customer data for improved analytics and personalized marketing.
- Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive tracking plans, providing clear guidelines for correct implementation and ensuring data consistency.
- Own our Amplitude analytics platform, ensuring proper implementation, governance, and enabling teams across the organization.
- Proactively identify and resolve tracking issues, optimizing the quality and reliability of data.
