Experian is hiring a Product Owner - Healthcare Revenue Cycle to support Experian Health's revenue cycle payment products. You will report directly to the Product Leadership team in this critical role.
What You'll Do
- Champion continued incremental innovation and improvement to our product based on the product vision and roadmap.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams (development, QA, UX/UI teams) to manage and report on the impact of product releases.
- Collaborate with Product Managers in obtaining internal governance approvals for new capabilities or use cases and in obtaining funding.
- Collaborate with Development, Implementation, and Support on backlog and capacity, balancing features, support work, technical debt, and technical improvements.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business and customer value.
- Ensure shared understanding of scope, priorities, and Definition of Ready/Done.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Support product launches and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure product features comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Use SQL to explore data, validate hypotheses, and support analytical workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, ideally within the healthcare revenue cycle domain.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience participating in Agile ceremonies.
- Ability to translate complex business and customer needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience managing and prioritizing a product backlog.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, particularly HIPAA.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, development teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in SQL for data exploration and analysis.
