Farmers Insurance is looking for a Product Analyst to help us deliver peace of mind when it matters most. In this role, you will create and manage personal lines insurance programs, coordinating all phases of new product introduction and product maintenance for a team driven by purpose and collaboration.

What You'll Do

Maintain contact with State Offices and Personal Lines Marketing to benefit product development activities.
Analyze, research and create new personal lines insurance products for territory-wide implementation.
Coordinate development and implementation of new products with other functional departments, chairing meetings as assigned.
Initiate preparation and publication of procedure bulletins, field bulletins and marketing kits for new product introductions.
Follow up regularly with other departments, Agents/District Managers, State Offices and Service Centers to verify correct product implementation.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent.
Background in data analytics (course work or professional experience) required for the Product Analyst I level.
Product Analyst experience within property and casualty insurance required for PAII or Sr. Product Analyst levels.
Proficient PC Skills, including word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
Ability to develop excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience with MS Excel and SQL.
Experience with dashboard visualization tools.

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Math, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field.
Python or related experience preferred but not required.
