Aristocrat is looking for a Producer to build and maintain top-grossing social casino games. In this role, you will be responsible for completing the roadmap and coordinating development throughout a live game's life cycle.
What You'll Do
- Complete the roadmap by collaborating with key partners throughout a live game's life cycle
- Coordinate the development of multiple achievements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Provide day-to-day mentorship and course correction as needed
- Maintain clear communication with Team Leadership
- Advocate for and align with studio guidelines, techniques, and standards
- Facilitate communication between the Product Owner and the Team
- Help the team deliver by identifying and removing impediments
- Build and maintain team velocity, health, motivation, and trust
- Balance the Product Owner's requests with the Team Velocity/Dedication
- Drive events such as backlog estimates, daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Work closely with the Production Director to continually improve and document processes
What We're Looking For
- Mobile game production experience in full cycle development and/or live operations
- Proven track record of delivering features within scope, budget, and timelines
- Jedi-level Jira and Confluence user skills
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities
- Hard-working communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Emotionally intelligent and able to work independently and within a cross-functional team
- Passionate about personal growth and demonstrating values in everything you do
Nice to Have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum certification a plus
- Prior experience in social casino development a plus

This is a global position. You can work from our offices in London, Barcelona, Gdańsk, Lviv, or Montreal, or remotely from anywhere in the USA.
